  Was advised as this was a small store it did not carry stock per the website. Had to buy the Hoover on line without being able to see it first. I'm fed up with Cornwall being treated by retailers as if it is the back of beyond. I suppose I should be grateful that they haven't closed it down yet.

  Huge array of electricals they have everything from go pro's to oled tv's the staff were suprisingly helpfull. Clean and well presented, a pleasant experience.

  All they seem interested in is selling you the extras. It can take a long time to wait to get served. A lot of the TVS they didn't have in stock which seemed pointless to me. They said I could of ordered one but I didn't see the point of going into a shop and then ordering one just like I could of done at home on the Internet. We chatted about the tv for 2 minutes and then the cables/warrenty/insurance and other service for over 20 minutes! The sales person was pretty knowledgeable once I got served.

  Generally very helpful even when busy. Although felt a little dismissed as soon as I mentioned I didn't need or want any add on product I just wanted a laptop. Could have been better but generally what I expected.

  Great place, I'd recently bought a hoover from here and it broke a month later, I took it back with the receipt and with no questions asked they swapped it for a new one. Great service and my new hoover is perfect after 3 months so super happy. Iv also bought laptops and I pods from here and the staff are super helpful and actually know what they're talking about. Highly recommended.
