  Wanted to buy a hoover, but the sales assistant put me off every one I looked at. Seriously felt like saying do you actually work here. I'm sure other assistance would be better, but not helpful for me today

  Some sales staff need to pay more attention to customers, on most visits I've had to find someone to speak with and approach them fist not a great start. Once served being a bit of a tad head myself so I like to think I know a little. To be told stuff that isn't correct is a little worrying at times but like I said not all staff are like this. Over all if you know what your going in for and not have to worry about having to ask questions this place has everything you need.

  Went to look at laptops... Was greeted by a quite condescending young man whose only advice was to buy a top of the range product and everything else we enquired about was useless. He didn't listen to our needs and was on the verge of rudeness. Quite capable of making our own decisions, will look online at laptops direct.

  I visited this place about six weeks ago however did not make it into the shop before getting my foot run over. After about half an hour of waiting for the police and them not turning up I went into the store to speak to the manager. After finding him he seemed a little bit more worried about selling electrical items to people rather than being interested in the fact that I’ve just been run over outside his store in his car park. Okay if you want to buy a TV however I would suggest being careful manoeuvering around the car park !!!

  Visited Curry's on Sun 07/01/18 with a 97 yr old man who wanted advice and guidance on buying a washing machine and dryer, Caroline our assistant who helped was patient, caring and understanding. Caroline happily took the time to answer my clients very technical questions and made the whole experience a very positive one. We had fun and after great advise bought both machines, fantastic customer service - thankyou !
