  I was told by the Pontypridd shop that your Caerphilly shop had the hoover I wanted. When I went to the Caerphilly shop they didn’t have the hoover. Very irritating.

  I purchased a laptop from here and payed another £60+ to have it set up to save time on Xmas day as it takes a couple of hours and I have an impatient 9 year old. The laptop wasn't in stock so the staff ordered in shop online. They told me to ignore the email when I get it to tell me it had been delivered as they need to do the set up (which only takes a few hours) and they will ring me to let me know it was ready. A week after the email I had telling me it was delivered and still nothing,i tried contacting them but as you cannot contact the store directly it has become a bit of a nightmare trying to track it down,so far no luck so I'll have to drive the 20 miles to the store and HOPE that it is ready for pick up. The customer service of this massive company is at best very poor.

  I did not expect to get served by a young man chewing gum with an attitude! Very poor.

  Currys failed to provide DPD with any order information and I had to spend my day waiting for the laptop. As well as 2 hours on the phone to themselves and DPD. However the laptop is good
