  Excellent. I ordered net curtains on the Sunday and they arrived on Tuesday. The alterations were correct and the nets fitted my window beautifully. Ordering on line was easy and the measuring instructions were also easy to understand. Very pleased with my nets. Will definitely use again

  I am not able to recommend Curtains Curtains Curtains for their curtain making as have not used this service but have awarded them 5 stars for their great customer service. I ordered fabric from them but when it arrived it differed slightly in colour from the sample. I complained, fully expecting them to dismiss it but instead they asked me to return the original sample with a sample from the fabric that they had sent me. They agreed that they were a little too different in colour and offered to collect the fabric from me and refund the cost price, which they did.

  I ordered 6 net curtains for my house, ordering was easy from the website. When they arrived they all had the name of the rooms inside each one, which made it so much easier to identify where they needed to go. Two of the curtains fitted fine but four were short in length and when I measured them they were not the size I ordered. I called the next day and they checked the curtains I was sent and apologized as the error was on their behalf and said that they would send out the four that were wrong and I would not have to send the wrong ones back (give them to charity). They day after they correct size nets arrived. I would just like to say that I don't think I have had such good service as this. I will definitely be using this company again :-)
