  I first visited the Curzon (this is the original one of what has now become a chain) in my teens, 50+ years ago. Then as now its name was synonymous with quality (many unusual movies are shown here), comfort, and the muffled red velvet of it's almost "holy of holies" movie-house atmosphere. Arrive early and you will get to sample some delicious cakes and drinks...

  It's chairs are comfy,its has nice staff members, and it supports it's indie filmakers but the snasks and ticket are expensive

  I love Curzon Cinemas and my favourite is the Curzon Mayfair, next to the Hilton since the 60s. Staff are great, very friendly and polite showing quality films at a good price! Coffee and cakes are nice too and it’s very comfortable!

  Probably my favourite cinema in London. Great sound and screen, even if the screening rooms are small and intimate. Fairly easy access to tube station (7 minutes walk), lovely red chairs, very comfortable and fairly priced.
