::A proper bike shop! Well stocked and tonnes of products. With knowledgble and very helpful staff. I went into the Southampton branch to purchase an Exposure Strada 600 light after spotting it had been discounted on their website. However, one of the managers who served me, Nacho, suggested I could get the newer better model for the same price. He then demonstrated all the functions of the light. Great customer service! Cheers.

::Really helpful and knowledgeable staff members always smiling and extremely kind... definitely we needed a shop like this in the middle of the town. I went for a bike and the super busy manager called Nacho was extremely helpful helping to decide which bike was the most suitable for me and my daughter. I tried it around the park in front of the store and I went into finance meanwhile another staff member offered me a nice latte. Incredible and efficient service at the store. Thank you very much!
