::POOR GOLD SERVICE. When I asked why my bike sounded worse after the service, I was rudely dismissed, and then on a second time returning, told there were more parts that needed replacing that they didnt mention initially as they were trying to save me money. As the bike sounds awful, I'm having it serviced elsewhere only 2 months after spending £135 at cycle republic!

::Best bike shop I have been to! The staff are great, and we're happy to spend ages with me to work out which bike would be best. Also, the prices of certain things beat most online stores like Wiggle and Amazon!

::Great store and good service. The ‘click and collect’ option from their online store is great too. I left with my bike in great condition. Was able to buy a perfect helmet and could cycle out of the store. Would highly recommend.

::Great Service and Support from Charlie and Dan, sorry cant remember all the names but really all the staff were very helpful at the Bristol Branch. Sourced the bike and size i was looking for and had ready for collection within a couple of days. Couldn't do enough to ensure all questions were answered. Highly recommended !!
