::The guys at this shop were fantastic when I came in. Desperate for a turbo but short on cash I needed some advice on what best to do to ensure my long term injury wasn't going to set me back too much. I had gone into another cycling store hoping to get some help but the customer service hadn't really lived up to what I expecting and I was put off. I popped into Cycles UK purely by chance as I was heading to the gym and I immediately felt much happier I had gone in there! I was greeted as soon as I came downstairs and all staff were knowledgeable, happy to share their own experiences and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I couldn't recommend these guys higher, they were fantastic; great customer service, extensive knowledge and all round funny and friendly people.

::I took my old Raleigh town bike in which was stuck in top gear, not knowing if they'd be able to help. They found the right part and repaired it there and then - it's worked perfectly since. He then dated my bike to 1960! Very polite, efficient and helpful service. Have been recommending it ever since! (ps best to ring first)
