  I can only say that Helen and her team are wonderful i had a system fitted by another company but only achieved 45%efficency and they could not fix it.I rang Helen she was interested and sympathetic.I submitted readings location etc at their request then the engineer called found a loose connection and thoroughly checked the inverter etc.i kept further readings the efficency had jumped to 96%.Bottom line if i ever upgrade or move it will be cymru solar i'll be asking to quote its all about the customer service with them! Great experience restored my faith in solar engineers !thank you.

  I needed to have panels etc removed from my property due to finding out that the company that had fitted them a while back hadn't registered them for FiT which meant they were worthless, and due to selling the house my prospective buyer couldn't get a mortgage while they were on the roof. I rang Cymru Solar and spoke to Helen and she was so understanding. It took her less than a week to arrange for scaffolding and the team from Cymru Solar to come round and remove them. I am eternally grateful and recommend Cymru Solar to anyone. Thank you Helen x

  My roof developed a leak somewhere underneath the solar panels. I called the original installer (not Cymru Solar) who took some panels off and tried a fix ... but when it rained again a few days later it was clearly not fixed. Tried many times to get the original people to come back but they would not return my calls. I plucked Cymru Solar from a Google search and what a difference. Two really helpful guys came to do the work and immediately gave me a feeling of confidence. Took the panels off, fixed the leak (one fractured / several mis-aligned tiles) and were done within 4 hours. Some good downpours later and all is looking excellent. Helen was my first contact at Cymru Solar - totally helpful and kept in touch throughout. People make organisations - certainly the case here.

  Back in December we decided to install solar panels before the government changed the feed-in-tariff programme. We called Cymru Solar and asked how quickly they could do the installation. Cymru Solar were very responsible. It is not just a simple matter of sticking panels on a roof. Structures need to be inspected for safety and permissions need to be checked prior to installation. They agreed to do all that as quickly as we asked them to make sure that everything was done responsibly as well as professionally. Cymru Solar were nothing but wonderful with us from the moment we phoned and then through the entire process. We were dealing with a difficult tenant and Cymru Solar bent over backwards to accommodate us. They worked with us on our schedule and tried to accommodate us as quickly as possible, given our rushed schedule leading up to Christmas. This company is one of the most professional companies I have had the pleasure of working with and they do it all with a personal touch. They have now become our "go to" electricians and we will continue to work with them as long as we can. All I can give them is the highest marks and recommend them highly, warmly to anyone and everyone. I will certainly be recommending them to all my family members.

  Helen and Sam of Cymru Solar have given us a wonderful solar panel experience! They were professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about the products on offer and gave us sensible advice on the best panels to choose. Our energy savings have been beyond our wildest dreams - in our first year we have made £421 from the feed-in tariff. Strongly recommended on every level. Great price and great service.
