  Worse place I've ever come across bought kickers for little boy couple of weeks ago paid 45 quid only for the stitching to come out so I rang shop he said bring it back so today I took it back he was reluctant to swap accused me and my son of doing it ourself then he said it's been burnt with a lighter so he again accused us of burning it with a lighter so he said he will swap shoe but the one he offered we didn't like nd then he said there wasn't another shoe in his size bear in mind my son was with me witnessing all this he said mum I don't like the shoe he's only 4yrs old then he offered me a credit note he wouldn't give me my money back was aggressive towards me and my son he then threw box of shoes at me on counter and told me to get out of the shop I said no I won't leave this shop until this is sorted then he called security he was being aggressive I wasn't they then told him to give me a credit note I had to pick a my son a new top instead of shoes not happy at all I wil be reporting to trading standards as his attitude stunk and I felt he was discriminating me as he was Asian I felt he was being racist to me and my son horrible customer service then my son accidentally pulled tag off clothing and the Asian girl snatched it off my son I wouldn't recommend this shop whatsoever!!!!!!!!!!

  Awful, some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Will not be returning.
