  while looking on the web for a car i found the jaguar xf i wanted with the right spec at dace , it was priced fairly enough and my initial contact with the sales guy was very promising, we provisionally did the deal over the phone and the next day i made the 2 hour journey to see the car, again the sales guy couldn't be faulted and never made me feel under pressure, while looking over the car i noticed it did have a lot of surface marks etc put i wasn't to put off by these as i knew i could easily machine polish them out i was however more concerned over the the front grille being broken and the lower bumper trims missing, again in fairness to the sales guy he pointed this out to me and even informed me the parts were on order as the trims had been used on a car that had just been sold at this point i had no reason to disbelieve the sales guy as he'd drawn attention to the fact . having traveled 2 hours to get there on a sub zero January day and being a cash buyer i wanted to do the deal , i was generally pleased with the car but i didn't want to be driving a jag around with parts missing from the front , i quickly priced the parts up while there and they came to around £200 so i tried to negotiate that into the price but they wouldn't budge as they'd ordered the parts, so even though it meant me fitting the parts myself we agreed they'd send them to me now bear in mind these parts are readily available and were on order on the day i collected the car i figured i'd receive them within a week , 2 weeks later nothing so i contacted them and was told someone would call me back but nothing , then after several attempts i finally spoke to the guy who sold me the car, this was 5 weeks after getting the car , he assured me he'd chase it up and get straight back to me , 2 weeks further on no parts and no call back . it appears they have zero intention of standing by the deal and lied just to get the sale , they have lots of good reviews and i've no doubt i'd be a lot more positive if i'd have refused to accept the car until the jobs were done , so now it looks like i'm going to be £200 out of pocket . so in a nutshell if you see a car you like there and it's perfect you'll have a good experience, but never accept anything less as the old dodgy used car lies come into play to secure a sale . Dace, what a pity because i know if you had not lied and honored the deal this review would be a positive one gutted

  I recently purchased my third car from Dace. Very smooth, hassle free, transaction again. Scott was professional, friendly and courteous. I will definitely recommend Dace to friends and family and return for my next car.

  I e-mailed Dace regarding a 2014 BMW 2 Series they had in stock, and Peter got back to me promptly, discussing the car, and providing me with finance quotes as requested. Before I even came to view the car I went through the finance application process via e-mail to ensure I would be accepted, to prevent a wasted journey. Arrived at the dealership and was left to have a good look at the car, and ended up taking it home that same day. The test drive was pleasant, I didn't feel forced into anything, I was satisfied with the condition of the car and the paperwork was dealt with reasonably quickly. I would definitely consider returning to Dace in the future when the time comes for a new car.

  Bought a cracking Golf GTI from dace. Really friendly staff given plenty of time to look over the car and didn’t feel under any pressure. Many thanks Andy.

  Intercooler hose went on my car.fixed under warranty and courtesy car provided.great service and Jordan was very helpful. Nothing was to much trouble.
