  Located near St. Johns Wood and easily accessible by tube or bus. The hotel itself a little worn down, but the rooms are nice and clean and the beds comfortable. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was not excellent, but quite ok. All in all good value for money and I would come back on another occasion.

  Bett super, Bad sehr schön, Zimmer hatte ausreichende Größe und Wasserkocher mit Tee und Kaffee. Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nur die Lage ist etwas abseits für eine Städtereise. Bis zu den nächsten U-Bahn-stationen sind es 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß.

  Enjoyed the stay here for 4 nights.. good location near Lords Cricket Ground.. neat and tidy rooms.. cooperative staff.. room services and other facilities were quite good.. Thank you so much 😊

  Stayed for one night for my partners Birthday. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bar area was nice, cocktail menu not great. Rooms were clean and bed comfy. Night rooms service advertised with pictures of food that was not available, but misleading. Limited food menu was not great but I suppose you can't expect too much at that time of night. Overall enjoyed stay and would stay again

  My credit card was stolen from the Concierge and many charge attempts were made on it. Luckily the card hadn't been activated yet... my friend brought it over from Canada as it is my Canadian credit card (mine had expired) and had to leave it with the Concierge. Of course, it wasn't known that there was a credit card in there as it was a sealed package and the card was hidden amongst other things. So they opened my sealed package and stole my card and then used it. So I wouldn't trust them. Just really disappointing from a hotel like this...
