  Absolutely a bunch of cowboys who sell fake goods with missing parts. Purchased a kitchen tap bits where missing got it installed and caused water hammering and low pressure in pipes. Disgusting customer service don't give a dam attitude after taking people's hard working cash.Awful stay away!!

  Absolutely appalling customer service! We made a very large order with them and regretted it every step of the way, some of the items we had to wait for over 7 weeks for it to come, wrong items were sent, some never came. When we went back to them they were very rude and unhelpful, they say they will get back to us and never did. The refused to refund an item even though they sent the wrong item! They blamed it on the company (as they don't check items themselves before delivering to customer!) and refused to follow it up with them. I strongly discourage anyone buying from them, and if you do then be prepared for their extremely poor service not to mention their inflated prices (in comparison to online and other plumbing suppliers).

  Went here to buy a few products for my heating system and all i can say is these guys know what they are talking about. Excellent customer service and knowledge of products. Very helpful and always happy to help and give advice to a novice like me!
