  I'd recommend coaching with David. He brings a warmth and acceptance that lets you know right away that you're in good hands. He's committed to continual learning to deepen his own understanding to benefit his clients. After a coaching session with David, I always felt much calmer, more centred and able to focus on putting into action whatever needed to happen next.

  I used to suffer badly from anxiety and often got stuck feeling down. Since working with David, I don’t get stuck feeling down in that way. As a result my anxiety is at all time low and I am able to do more than ever. David’s sessions have been absolutely transformative, I would highly recommend him as a therapist.
