  It was an amazing experience! The lady who helped me was awesome without a doubt. I go to David's Bridal because of its great reputation and it clearly didn't let me down. I tried 4 dresses in total, they are all in ball gown style but each of them is different in some way. The helper also found me a nice pair of high heels to match with the dresses. And she was kindly giving me her advices and sharing her opinions all the time. The overall experience was great, regardless if I'm gonna buy my wedding dress there, it was a great help in making up my decision. Thank you very much indeed for all the help. :)

  I had an amazing time finding my wedding dress at David's Bridal (Westfield)! Tivarni who was my shopping assistant was an absolute superstar! She totally understood the sort of look I was going for and was so enthusiastic and helpful that it was a really fun experience! She also had an amazing eye for the shapes of the overall outfit like knowing which veil would go best because of where its fabric lined up with the ruffles of the dress. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me! The other members of staff were also fantastic when they came over and gave their opinions. I loved all the fuss and the tradition of ringing the bell and making a wish when you've found your dress!! The excellent service meant that I didn't bat an eyelid about spending a hell of a lot of money. And the Vera Wang collection is simply stunning especially if you're like me and not going for a conventional look but still want that elegant edge. Love, love, LOVE!

  Great customer service. Lovely dresses, quick appointment. The UK dress was priced much higher than the US version and I did not reflect the US online deal which originally attracted me to the dress. They made up for this by discounting the dress. There was some confusion/mixed messages about how the system worked in terms of being able to pay a 25% deposit upfront and the rest later which I was then told I could not do and hat to pay 100% but then as I did not have enough they allowed me to pay 40% and had to pay the rest the next day. In the end I paid the rest 2 days later when I got paid with no problem. They did not answer the phone all day when I tried to get through one day. But did pick up on other days. Over all very good and love my dress I chose and can't wait for it to arrive from the US.

  My bridal party of 6 and I had such a great time finding my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses. Our assistant Georgia was amazing! She made it all so much fun and worked hard to find lots of different styles for us based on our feedback and her suggestions. Thank you so much for helping me find The Dress, I would never have picked out the one I chose in the end! The bell ringing ceremony at the end was a lovely touch too and made it all very exciting. Thank you Georgia and David's Bridal!

  Wonderful service from start to picking up my dress!!! Staff were warm and friendly and very good at helping me find my dream dress! I’d like to thank AMBER (DB Westfield) especially for her wonderful service! She helped me find my dream dress when I’d given up hope. The only thing that could’ve made the experience better would be for someone from alterations to attend the courtesy appointment when I picked up my dress to quote a guide price then and there for alterations instead of having to come back, as I live quite far. Overall a WONDERFUL experience! They truly know how to make a bride feel special!! Thank you David’s Bridal Westfield team!!!
