  Extremely poor customer service. The guy behind the counter is obviously not happy in his work and extremely rude avoid at all costs.

  very bad service I left my piano keyboard for repair for 3 weeks they told that is not possible to repair and when I open the pino keyboard lots of parts was missing from the keyboard please never give them something to repair..

  Always had nothing but greast service from all the guys there. I get the impression that they treat you as you treat them i.e if you go in being an idiot you will be treated like one. All the guys there are knowledgable and helpful and have always bent over backwards to help where they can.

  I would also like to say that the guy working there malcolm or (the fat guy from deals) is particularly rude with customers. Every time I have visited the store it seems like it's anything you ask for requires a massive effort from him. Seems to me that he's probably overdosed on all the gravy he funnels down his fat gob day after day. My personal opinion too is that the items there are overpriced compared to other local places. Unless you have a very strange obsession for gravy I suggest you find another shop to visit as you won't be impressed! AH BISTO!!

  Every time i seem to go to this place that idiotic guy behind the counter seems to be eating sum gravy filled dish. i believe his name is malcom or something like that. he just has a yeah whatever attitude and doesn't give 2 clicks about customer service. my friend asked to try some speakers one time and everything was going well untill he mentioned that he was going to return in 2 days time when he got paid. the guy got really arsy with us then and said next time ill ask to see some money. as if to say you've wasted my time. yet we returned with money 2 days later and bought the speakers. but how were we supposed to buy them if we didnt know what they sounded like, so really speaking we didnt waste his time. he got a sale because he made the effort. since that day i have not returned to that store to by so much as a guitar pick.
