  Staff are useless. Just waited 20 min in a queue with me being the next person to be served. Out of the 3 till only 2 open. One person doing returns for a customer returning load of item the staff member needed help with this. The other till 2 members of staff trying to work out of to issue a store credit card. This reflects bad on Debenhams. Why would you put staff of the till who have not had proper training. Also they was miserable. Shame I can't give zero stars

  Great looking store, and fairly big inside. Has many designer names to choose from and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Free parking.
