  Great for a quick bite to eat the toasted sandwiches were very nice and the lovely desserts on offer.

  In theory I love walking around this shop, the smell of perfume and cosmetics is one I can't resist. Practically though, it's one I nip into when I'm busting for the loo! Which by the way, are very clean, but usually at least semi full. It's a shop I'd love to be able to afford to shop in, but probably not in my lifetime, unless I win the lottery. I did once buy a party dress here, but 30 years on I could still cry at the £200 that it cost ( and I didn't pay for it!!!) A mixture of attitudes with the staff, same as any other shop. Some lovely and friendly, others look down their noses at you. A great shop if you can comfortably afford to shop there or enjoy a browse!

  I had an excellent shopping experience with a very friendly and professional lady on the Kiel's counter today. Cadie listened to my needs and carefully worked out the best products for my skin without me feeling rushed or pressured. She was simply great. I would highly recommend anyone with super sensitive skin to give her a visit. It was telling that other staff from other counters were popping over for skin advice!

  Large store, centrally located in the Quadrant. Has a nice cafe with good food and coffee Good range of stock including clothes, make up and accessories. Very expensive and you could probably find most items more reasonably priced elsewhere

  I visited the store to pick up an order which was fine and the young lady was very helpful. However I then passed the electrical lighting area and decided to purchase a standard lamp which I had fancied on an earlier visit. The young gentleman who came to help me was extremely efficient, and helpful. His name is James and he told me (when I asked) that he worked on the Home department. I too work in retail and it was so very nice to have such excellent service, with a smile and a little conversation. James was pleasant, and his customer service was second to none, even carrying the boxed lamp to my car. If you have a reward system in your store I would thoroughly recommend that he is acknowledged for his excellent and extremely first class customer service. Sincerely Myra Thomas a very happy customer
