  I was in the ladies bra department today , the two ladies I had helping me were so helpful I'm sorry I don't remember their names but one lady is 83yrs Young , so grateful !! 1st class service .

  Very helpful staff. Food is good and fresh and meals are very beatable. I like shopping at Mark's and Spencer's.

  Had problems getting my Love2shop card to work. The assistant, and then her manager, spent about an hour trying to sort it, redoubling their efforts with every failure. Eventually got it to work through sheer determination. TOP marks to Debenhams staff, and MASSIVE thumbs down to useless Love2shop.

  Good choice in all departments. Friendly staff. A good example of a Debenhams store. Only downside was ground floor coffee shop is a bit small, and not the most wheelchair friendly.
