  Whilst travelling from Newquay to Plymouth today I wanted to locate a specific dress for an upcoming wedding. I phoned this Truro branch twice and after a lot of hassle I appeared to be connected but it went to voicemail which is ridiculous for a retail store. I decided to detour in person from my journey and visited the store to find the outlet the dress was sold from is not kept at this branch. Not impressed no wonder High Street stores are closing regularly.

  Advertised on google for men’s wear, but don’t stock any men’s wear. Not much in terms of anything, a bit squashed in. Not what is expected of Debenhams.

  Amazed it has lasted this long. It is a shop full of nothing that can be purchased cheaper elsewhere or online.

  Good use of a difficult space in the Mander Centre. Classy with a nice cafe and excellent restaurant.

  staff at Dior and Chanel counters were absolutely amazing. wouldn't have purchased such quality make up without them. helped me find all i wanted with such an amazing attitude to help me and spent a lot of time making my buys exactly what i wanted.... thankyou very much x
