  My sister and I booked a personal shopping experience. Our personal shopper was absolutely fantastic. She took details of what we were after and our preferences. She went off to find a selection for us. The selection included some bits we would never have looked at, or in my case even entertained the thought of. I bought one of these items! We felt incredibly well looked after and each bought several items suggested to us. If you are after a new look or outfits for special occasions, I would highly recommend using the personal shopper experience. From start to finish we were very impressed. My only grumble is that the customer toilets were not working due to building work.

  Nice easy store to navigate a mobility scooter around but only a single lift so can take a few minutes to change floors. Generally good quality clothes and accessories + large various branded cosmetics + most things home related. Prices are good for the quality you are buying.

  Always liked Debenham's. Nice big shop Some nice products. But like all shops they are been lead down the cheap clothing route (all department stores are). Expensive Brands but still made cheaply. However still my 1st point of call. Just buy wisely.

  Love this shop. Do most clothes online as they do not stock plus sizes. For everything else I make this my first point of call. From shoes bags to bedding etc

  Very friendly staff on the phone and in store. The prices are a little on the high side for my usual spending, however the quality is very good and I always wait for the sales, at which point the clothing is great value for money. For ladies the sizing seems to be a little bigger than most places. That is a 16 fits someone who is 16/18 but mostly an 18 in other places. There were plenty of floor staff who seemed to all be smiling. The building was very tidy,well lit, and organised (with easy signage.). The escalators were not opposing, so I want to go up 2 floors I don't have to walk half the way round the central area. Small things like this make the experience nicer.
