  I like shopping at Debenham's. but i am a little on the large size. a 50inch chest. so they rarely stock my size. so when i look at clothes the helpful shop staff tell me i can order on line !!! might be a great idea. But the idea to me of trying on clothes, is so that I have the correct size, and the style and cut of the clothe suits the individual. so how many jackets would i have to order, to find one that fits ?? what a waste of time. another lost sale.

  Big, busy full on M&S. Great food hall and good cafe.

  I hate shopping, but surprised how friendly and helpful the staff are here. Wandsworth and Clapham, up your game.

  I love this shop loads of choice from clothes to household Always has great sales Staff are friendly But never seem to be enough of them nice restaurant on the ground floor

  Terrible experience! I decided to make myself a little present after work, so I went by the Chanel counter in there to grab a bottle of Coco Mademoiselle. I waited for someone to come in there, so I could pay, but the ladies were busy gossiping, so I took the tester bottle and went to one of them, asking where could i pay for one? One of the women in there just snatched the bottle from my hand, like i was stealing it or something, she measured me from head to toe, and then decided to go get me a new bottle. I have to say her behaviour was rather insulting, couldn't wait to gtfo. I'm probably going to order online from now on, so I don't have to go in there again.
