  My partner booked this venue for our wedding on in 2015! £500 deposit paid. We then unexpectedly got pregnant so asked to rearrange or cancel the booking, still more than 20 months before the wedding, plenty of notice and not a late cancellation. They have since kept our £500 and for the last 2 years plus we have requested the deposit back, but are constantly ignored. £500 is alot of money to us especially with a newborn baby who is now 18months old. Give these a miss they will do anything to not give you your money back, including dirty tactics.
