  Was referred by a local carpet shop to come here. Got an ex display sofa for a great price and delivered next week hopefully. Wee guy Jamie helped me out had good chat and happy to give him 10 out of 10. Alan

  This store is ok for furniture but you just must be careful when you look for stuff in the sales to many items say 200 or 300 even half price but it's still the same price before the same started I have caught them out twice with stuff got prices before the same then went in boxing day prices and still the same with 300 off. They must think we are all as stupid as there sales techniques

  Bought a decent sofa suite from here but the sales guy seemed a bit rushed. Couldn’t help felling a bit ripped off. Watch out for the added extras. I mean, £85 for sliders for the feet of the sofas. Come on guys, I could have got them for a tenner from Amazon. Two grand for a suite. Why do you feel the need to charge that kind of money on top for a few bits of plastic? Could have chucked them in for free. In fact if they are so essential they should be included anyway.

  Great communication with news you don't want to hear. I let the first incident slide for missing one sofa unit on delivery day. Was Informed Thursday delivery for missing unit. Guess what delay on top of delay. Now postponed until Tuesday . DFS have a look into the way you handle your orders at your workshop. Please be organised . After this incident I would not trust in DFS
