  I was considering a new sofa. Found one I liked. The Deputy manager listened and drew a diagram of my new corner group with two power recliners, and sold me a story about a free footstool. On delivery I had a sofa with only one power recliners not two. Phoned the store several times to speak to the manager and am still waiting for them to phone back.

  Good furniture store, which are able to revise with my needs! The furniture is good quality and the staff are easy to work with!

  Helpful, kind and careful delivery guys Jason and Artur on Van 4 did a fantastic job! Huge sofa - tiny doorway! Thank you, I'm very pleased with the service and love my sofa!

  Delivery came, damaged our internal living room door. Delivery guys really helpful and apologetic informed that office would call to sort out repair. 1st No phone call chased by ourselves was informed report would be in Monday. 2nd no phone call chased again by ourselves was informed could we sort the repair our self and inform them of costs. Informed DFS could not repair the door by independent report would need replacing. DFS stated needed to send own assessor to asses damage. No return phone call again, went to shop to sort problem out was told by email they would pay for replacement door and fitting costs. Sent invoices to them and have been refunded the fitting costs and not the price of door. Very unhappy customer would never recommend or buy from these again. P.s manager very rude and obnoxious. Hopefully can retrieve money for internal door.

  Agreed a week ago for delivery today, heard nothing so called, they had it down for tomorrow, we 100% agreed today. Spoke to manager and she was pretty poor, couldn't deal with the complaint and had absolutley no resolution, in the end promised delivery first thing tomorrow, had a text this evening confirming it will be between 12-3, couldn't even get that right. Tried to call six times this evening and no one is answering, amateurs.
