  Visited the store when i was down in Blackpool for a couple of days the store is brilliant but what really let it down is one of the staff. We purchased a few items I was told they couldn't accept the 10% discount code from Disney life. I have used the codes in the Glasgow store loads of time wasn't given a good enough reason why I couldn't use it and as I had my 2 kids with me, I couldn't leave without the toys and felt the attitude from the member of staff could have been a lot better and left a bitter taste.

  Small but perfectly formed, has all the hallmarks of a classic Disney store including first class customer service.

  Phoned this afternoon to check stock for an elsa dress, a young man named Luke answered the phone and was extremely helpful as they had ran out of my daughters size and went and checked stock in a similar dress, also put the dress away for collection tomorrow, brilliant/faultless customer service. Disney should be very proud of such an employee. A*
