  My experience of DJ Alexander is very mixed. Due to this my review will be cut into two reviews due to the mixture of my experiences and it wouldn’t be fair for the good work to be overshadowed by the poor. So I recently had dealings with DJ Alexander Estate Agents at their office on Wemyss Place, Edinburgh. I was looking to buy a property and my initial dealings were with a lovely young and polite female called Bianca and although English wasn’t her native language communication with her was a breeze. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. After speaking with her I was put in touch with two viewing agents (see my second review) after dealing with the awful agents I stumbled across another professional and very helpful female called Sara Rankin, again this employee was very knowledgeable helpful keen and professional, I really cant describe how helpful she was. I was shocked to hear that she is administration staff and I must say her talents are wasted having being office based. I hope that both Bianca and Sara see this review and more importantly the relevant bosses see how valuable they are. If it wasn’t for these two people I wouldn’t have done business with this company. Well done girls!! Keep up the good work!! 5 stars forever. If anyone does business or seeks business with DJ Alexander please ask for Bianca or Sara Rankin. You will not be disappointed

  I’ve been a landlord for 9 years and have avoided using agents because I thought it was a waste of money. I was proved wrong when I used DJ Alexander Let Service to find a tenant. I was very satisfied with their professionalism and their communication was excellent. I was also given advice on what to upgrade to achieve a higher rent. I dealt with Neill Bukes, Laura Mctaggart and Laura O’Donnell. The turnaround from presenting the flat to finding a tenant was 8 days. I also had the peace of mind the tenant went through a vetting process I’ll be using DJ Alexander again for my other rental properties.

  Holly Harrison and Blair Balloch were both professional, helpful, and responsive in assisting me with my lease and renewing it. Also others who answered my email questions about getting set up. DJAlexander clearly has an organized effective system in place and seems to cover the territory very well with numerous options and offerings.

  Do not take their clients concerns seriously. The door on our building was broken for months. We and several of our neighbors reported that many times. No problem solved. We even ended up with a situation that a drunk person entered into our building and lied down in front of our flat door. We were forced to call the police. Again no response from them. Thus, we decided to move out. The moving out was a different story - not only will they ignore your emails but they will give their best to rob you. And if you are lucky get their email reponse, it will be rude and Ill-mannered.
