  I spoke with Brett when getting a quote and he was very prompt with all his replies. On the day, the electrician was about an hour later than our agreed time, but when I contacted to enquire, Brett was quick to respond and give me an update. I understand Cambridge traffic can be awful and you can't always be exact with timing, so that's fine. I needed a new plug socket added to a wall and Luke did a fabulous job installing the socket and cleaning up when he was finished. He actually cleaned up well beyond my expectations. I look forward to using this company again.

  Really good service, polite, tidy, friendly, and a reasonable price! We had 2 nice chaps who came to our house to do 3 electrical jobs. All were done efficiently and we are very pleased that we chose this company to do the work. Brilliant!

  changed bathroom light fitting at short notice , Sean was professional and did a neat fitting and vacuumed and used wet wipes to leave the floor sparkling clean. we would not hesitate to use this firm for future electrical work, THANK YOU B

  Called Nick out in the evening to help my elderly neighbour who was without electricity due to a problem. He very kindly came and sorted out the problem for her even though he'd only just got home. She said he was very helpful and reassuring too. Highly recommended

  Complete Electrical have done work for us twice recently: once to investigate our non-working electric shower which, embarrassingly, turned out to be a tripped switch which we'd somehow failed to see when we peered into the cupboard under the stairs, and again to fix a number of minor unsatisfactory features of our electrical installation which they'd identified during some earlier testing I'd asked them to do. They were brilliant with our daft shower problem, turning up the same morning, not laughing at me for calling them for a non-issue and showing me what had caused it to trip in the first place. They were great again with the minor repairs, communicating well about the timing, turning up as arranged and leaving everything neat and tidy afterwards. I was very happy to leave them working while I went out to work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
