::This place and its Delivery Drivers are USELESS!!! So SLOW and that’s if they turn up! I’m sure dominos used to have a 45 minutes policy for there food? Because they need to bring it back I have to wait well over an hour constantly so I use Deliveroo and Uber eats much more.

::Useless. I have MS, so I put a note on my order for the driver to come up and deliver to our door as we live on the 12th floor of a block of flats. Each time the driver rings up outside, wanting me to go down and collect it. Each time I have to explain to him that I struggle to do this. One time I got asked "are you disabled", another time, a different driver "who's disabled?", now after speaking to the manager twice, tweeting and getting feedback from the complaints department, this evening not only was our order wrong, the driver yet again tried to get me to come out, when I spoke to him, he had not tried to get in the building, he just did not want to leave his car parked. If parking is an issue, then simply do not deliver to our building, or get someone on a moped to do this. This evening the driver was huffing and sighing that he had to come up. Disgraceful. Unfortunately I have to order again from them, for my correct order, let's see if I get another friendly driver!!!

::I and my family are very very disappointed and left starving and angry. We ordered the pizza at 7pm. Received a email confirmation and that’s it. No status message to say it’s on its way like other dominos branches. 8.30pm pizza came, cold and dry. 1 and half hour wait. We Waited till 7.50pm. and had to google to call and enquire how long. The person picked up And said driver is on its way. I called again after 10 minutes and asked him that it’s only 5 minute straight drive, how much longer can the driver be. Response was he will call the driver and find out where he is. Then I called back this time 8.05pm angry because he didn’t call me back to let me know and his response was “he tried calling and driver not answer so he doesn’t know where he is or how long.” I asked him for a honest answer as I would cancel order and want refund back into the card. I asked if they had no driver then I wouldn’t order or being this unorganized is not my problem but theirs. Because our family is hungry. He just said he get another driver out and reorder again be another 20 minute wait. There was no sympathy or sorry or any sort of offer. Anyway from this point they ignored the calls and then pizza came at 8.30pm. 1 hour and a half. To Top it off, the driver called me and didn’t even know where the house is and it’s 5 minute drive and ask me for direction how to get there. At this point, we all passed our starvation and lost appetite and the pizza DRY and COLD. Never once I complained and have to write a bad review due to a bad experience with this Manchester arena branch stall. This is absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL, UNORGANISED and DISHONEST Manchester ARena dominos a branch I’ve ever experienced. They should be investigated as they clearly not follow or Represent the Dominoes franchise Guidelines.
