  Absolutely shocking service, JAKE had a bad attitude when I called to order. He didn't know what the specials were and he got the price wrong when i checked another store. When I arrived he'd forgotten to even start the order and had to ask me for my order again so he could make it! NO APOLOGY AND NO REMORSE! Avoid like the plague! *PAPPA JOHN'S* are far better!

  Placed an order at midnight. 2 hours later still not here. Not answering the phone either. Hull Road store is way better.

  Absolutely useless. Ordered Ceasar salad and received coleslaw - trying to get this resolved (I.e a refund) has taken complaints to head office and the threat of trading standards. I Would avoid like the plague.

  Can't comment on the food as the door was locked when we got there. Definitely not open until 3 am as rhe website suggested. We arrived well before 11 with them working inside but doors locked. Not sure I'd get away with that where I work.
