  Lovely comfortable hotel with brilliant facilities, the team are really friendly and will always help The food is fantastic, I ate in the restaurant both nights and was massively impressed. Little to do around the hotel, however hotel itself is nice.

  Very inattentive staff I used to use this hotel a lot. Thought it might be good to set up a meeting there. I'm disabled and managed to find a suitable seat normally the staff would have come over to take my order I sat for over 15 minutes before my colleague arrived and had to go to the bar to get the coffee. Pretty disappointed.

  I regularly use the lounge to work from and meet people. The ladies that waitress there are fantastic. I never have to say what my coffee order is because they remember everyone and what they drink. Really fantastic service.

  Went for a conference in one of the meeting rooms. All the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. It was a breakfast meeting so it was rolls and bacon for meat eaters and mini pastries for veggies. Car parking was okay when I arrived in the morning but there were quite a few cars parked wherever they could which suggests that car parking might be an issue. It's easy to get to and handy for all the businesses in the adajecnt business park.

  Used the Hilton Honors app so chose my room and was given a free upgrade. Rooms are 4 out 5. Very spacious and well appointed. Evening well was good but breakfast very poor. Not a fan of buffet breakfasts and this was cold. Good for an overnight stay
