Comfortable and well equipped, with decent sized rooms (we were in some kind of executive or higher finish room). The lifts are 3 people, so larger families might need to make sure they are on a lower floor. Parking is a bit limited, but they can validate parking at the nearby NCP. Convenient for the city centre Breakfasts are cooked fresh to order, which is always nice than buffets. Parts of the dΓ©cor feel a little like they're coming due for a refresh, but not badly so. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help.

Fantastic welcome on arrival. Front desk staff were really friendly. Bedroom was clean and roomy, although the TV was far too big! The hotel of right in the middle of town, so very convenient. Hotel car park is small and was full when we arrived. The nearby NCP car park has special rates for hotel guests; just ask on reception.

Visited for food on New year's Day. Service was excellent and friendly and all staff accommodating. Ordered two meals. One was supposed to be a warm sandwich which came out cold and with old bread. The chips for both meals were good as always. Also ordered a meal to take away which they don't do but were happy to do for us. I ordered the same sandwich meal which we ordered before. A tomato and mozzarella sandwich with pesto. It was made with cheddar and without pesto and I had to ask for the chips which I had paid for. The floor was dirty also, the table next to us had a few peas under it.

Great short stay over for the weekend, location good for shopping, as it's seconds away from the main shipping centre. Hotel clean and tidy with a helpful set of staff. Breakfast was cooked well and served to the table. Coffee and tea on tap. Room was spacious and well laid out, bath/shower and plenty of hot water. Level 7 gives good views of Swansea and the hills surrounding it.
