::Very poor customer service. I went to collect two packages from Amazon and the manager told me that one of them was there for three weeks - which is not true according to the tracking information I have - and that they were looking for me. While I apologised and thanked him for his service he didn’t replied at all. He was very rude, and that was not the first time.

::everytime i come here there is an issue, first i was sold expired chocolate, then when i want to post something its either lost or damaged(because they didnt make it fragile). i'd rather go somewhere far than ever come here again, only came out of convenience
