  Left here 2 montjs ago due to moving house, Iinformed a member of staff and was told to leave it with them and it'd be sorted but now I'm being chased for not paying my gym fee and threatened with debt collectors. Very poor and will never recommend this place to anyone again.

  Awful app for accessing timetable. Wish I looked into that before signing up, I fear I made a massive mistake. If you don't mind just gym and swimming then that's ok but if you want to access exercise classes then your gonna have trouble. The app is utterly useless and it's very frustrating. Its taken much much longer if not hours to try and book class when it should be simple. The app crashes a lot I've had to reinstall and unstall to get it to work. Still doesn't work. Its really annoying I regret not checking this before signing up. Its a good gym, app really let's it down massively. Its busy and packed but as others said it's a big gym and your have to figure out what you can tolerate but it is a good gym and staff are nice. I'm just doubting signing up now, now I no how frustrating it is to book classes and it shouldn't be stressful for everyone

  Staff fabulous, very helpful, Mercedesz, Russ & PT Jack went out of their way to be helpful. Excellent customer service guys. Keep up the great work.. Been to a Yoga class that was brilliant, all participants were warm & welcoming- definitely going again. Steam room and Jacuzzi were an amazing treat for after my workout. ALL IN ALL WELL WORTH THE EFFORT AND MONEY. Good on ya DW Fitness Filton

  Great gym. So far the best gym in Bristol I have been too. Also close to those who live in north of Bristol. Great equipment, pool area is just next level. Great atmosphere. Got a bit too busy lately if going on busy hours. Still worth it, but have to plan time when you go there. The only thing is that music is too loud when its full of people who make noise over music or music makes noise over people. But music is too quiet when its empty in the gym and you want too enjoy some beat.

  Was fine the first year it opened but in recent months it's been so busy, live data on google will show you how busy it is and it's often much busier than usual. I've had a few instances where I struggle to find parking, car park is often very full now. I had to wait 30mins to get a spot in the jacuzzi, finally got in at 8:20pm. But otherwise nice pool area, good changing facilities and good gym equipment. Only problem is how busy it seems to have got recently.
