::Staff do not seem bothered by anything. Not helpful; I've gotten better responses from a brick. Gym equipment old and falling to bits. Gym classes in the Ki studio always way too busy and boiling hot. Never got a response from the multiple complaints I made regarding parking tickets. I feel this place has so much to offer and with little effort could be great.

::Great gym, all good equipment. Anything missing you can request it. Note: more lockers are needed!

::Unfortunately, the place is not in a top ship shape. The whole GYM needs a bloody good face-lift! They are too relaxed...too slacked in terms of replacements and repairs.! It was marvellous years ago but now it is not.It is a real pity!

::Great staff; great gym equipment but I don’t think the over all business is run very well. Maintenance is poor. Men’s showers hardly work properly - ever! Tiles out of place in steam room etc

::I would have rated this club less than 2 stars 3/4 weeks ago! But now..... I have seen a lot of improvements of late! I feel the two new managers are a huge step in the right direction at last. Unsure of their names but considering past managers were never seen. Its great these two are out and about & know where to take this club! I can't wait to see even more changes. Please keep this up.
