  When your dispatch man on a Sunday evening is more interested in his panini sticker book and telling you to “plan your own journey” when asked when the next train towards redhill is and when said sticker book is commented on responds “I can do what I want” you know you have a problem!!

  It's a busy station, I understand, but that doesn't excuse staff from not even looking at you when you ask them for simple informations...

  Staff are awful and unhelpful. Never had a good experience. Have politely asked for advice and been told "it's simple and go and look yourself." Sworn at and everything else. Other stations are great, not these guys. Been extremely ride to my wife as well.

  Very big railway station with lots of connectivity, including London Overground and Tram link.
