  This morning I spoke on the phone to a very rude and unhelpful receptionist. Despite my very painful tooth...I was so appalled at her manner...I thanked her and put the phone down.

  Brilliant treatment today. I had a sedation for tooth removal. The staff were attentive, kind and gentle. Thankyou.

  It is excellent to be attended by a surgery that explains what a problem is, states what needs to happen and then sorts the problem out with care. Excellent service. Sincere Thanks. Ken H
