  Busy store at lunchtime but staff were friendly and very helpful with all the stickers and labels that I needed for my parcel. They have packing tape and scissors to pack boxes which I only realised after buying a roll of packing tape to use. They don’t accept American Express credit cards.

  Got here at about 8.40am on a Wednesday, one person in the queueing system in front of me. I was seen well within a minute of waiting by a really helpful and knowledgeable lady. I needed some information on a return registered post envelope and she asked me what was going to be posted back to me so that she could guesstimate the weight (I didn't have the package with me). She advised me to take a note of the number or a picture on my phone so that I could track it. She was very friendly and had a smile which I think always helps. Not sure about the other workers, so it could be pot-luck who you get.

  Extremely busy most of the time. The ticket based queueing system allows you some idea of wait times. The self service machines are complex but not impenetrable.

  The self service machines are great... when you have a member of staff (who gets a 5 star rating) that knows the exact menu sequence to get the service you want. Needs to be more "tell me what you want to do" and not "please choose from the following menu items".
