  None of the staff are particularly cheerful, but the older guy is at least efficient. The woman on the other hand is a little clueless and takes at least twice as long to serve you as any of the others. Early afternoon is a bad time to go because there will be quite a queue, and with a maximum of 2 (though often there's just 1) on the tills, it can take quite a while to be served. On dole day the invasion of jobless who turn up in their dressing gowns and pyjamas to collect their handouts make the queue even longer. The opening hours could be better as half-day closing on Saturday is fairly inflexible in this day and age. On the other hand the attached store is stocked with everything you can think of so you can often kill two birds with one stone by visiting this store.

  Usually very busy with not enough staff dealing with PO business, plus they are generally miserable. Wish there was another one near by. Be sure to check the charges for parcels etc, I've been charged £2.80 for smallest of Jiffy bags weighing less than 0.5kg!
