  Lovely environment but that's where it ends. They claim to deliver authentic Neapolitan pizza. This claim cannot be true seeing that there are no Italian meats available (nduja, prosciutto, salami, pancetta etc) as they don't serve pork. I'm guessing they were having an off day when we visited too as my pizza was wet and sloppy in the centre. If you're looking for a truly authentic Italian pizza, venture elsewhere, perhaps somewhere which actually uses the same ingredients you'd get in Italy.

  The reviews on here are telling enough with regards to the service. The food has always been good, but its not enough to carry you through if you're providing poor customer service. Alongside that, last time I came it was to collect a takeaway and ended up sitting inside whilst waiting and your view looks toward the other side of the restaurant where the toilets are. That's totally fine of course. But what wasn't was watching one of the wait staff be asked to go and check the toilet and her getting a spray and tissue, lifting the toilet lid and seat, spraying and wiping it down and then with the same tissue, wiping round the top of the toilet and the flush.... some backward unhygienic way of cleaning the toilet. Then just strolled out without washing her hands and started running food to tables. Madness. Proper rotten. Culto does really nice pizza. And if you're in town, Pizza Fella.

  Visited with a group of friends on a Saturday evening. I made sure to book well in advance, after arriving on time we were told the table would be ready shortly. *Shortly to Ecco must mean a 30-minute wait. I wouldn't mind if we had turned up but after booking this is a joke. Finally, we got seated to find the table hadn't been set and there were no glasses, eventually they rocked up, however, were red hot for cold drinks this just added to the amazing customer service. The poor service continued with an extremely moody waitress pretty much throwing the deserts in front of us. The food managed to salvage the visit. However, will not be returning. After asking for some money off the bill after the poor experience, the manager refused and didn't seem interested to find out our reasons why. Plenty of pizzerias in the area that offer better service and better food.

  It used to be very good. Now the pizza is horrible and if you dare to order out it will arrive late, cold and at the wrong address (not a coincidence: it happen three times and only with them as every other delivery have no problems in getting the right address) . I had to warn everyone I know to avoid the place as I used to recommend it one year ago, but since they went downhill with customer care and quality I do not want to be responsible for a very (and certain) poor experience.

  Small place, but very friendly, helpful staff and excellent pizzas. Ideal, too, for children. No alcohol available, but great coffee and soft drinks. Reasonable prices. Perfect for a family meal out.
