  I bought a lot of accessories from these shop today and they were very helpful. The guys helped me with all my queries and try to guide me with my purchase and cyclescheme quotation. After being in several cycle shop in Edinburgh, I think that Bicycle Co-operative gives a very good service.

  Staff here are great if not heroic, did a very difficult fix on my bike. Sometimes takes a bit longer to get the bike booked in for repairs/service etc but worth the wait as these guys are trustworthy and their expertise second to none. Been a customer for 4 years, they haven't let me down yet. Keep it up!

  Am loath to even give one star, be prepared to empty you wallet for very ordinary gear at higher than average price. Bicycle snobbery like never before. No enthusiasm for cycling or imagination. Don't be fooled by the name, not like any other Co-op I have ever encountered except maybe the grocery store kind of Co-op. If you have a barge pole use it to steer clear of the Edinburgh bicycle snob Co-op.

  The sales assistant was perfectly helpful but it seems every time I go in this place at lunchtimes there's one staff member on and always a long wait. You will be busy at lunchtimes so why not ensure you have at least 2 staff on? It's really irritating when you're trying to get your chores done in your lunch break.
