::The worst experience of service I have encountered in as long as i can remember. What started as a simple 2 day £70 iPad screen repair job soon turned into a £160 whole Chasis replacement job a week later with ZERO communication. Now months later still have never received one phone call regarding the devices status. Not to mention every other product sold.in the store is ridiculously over priced! And staff less than helpful. Unless you have no other option and/or are happy to be ripped off then DO NOT SHOP HERE!

::FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will be recommending to friends. I went in for the first time this morning and was greeted immediately with a smile and friendly demeanour. My iPhone screen wasn’t allowing me to unlock my phone but this was all corrected within an hour. A new screen was put on and a glass screen protector added in for free! Luckily the manager was very friendly and a fellow customer. An hour flew by! Thanks to you both for a lovely Sunday morning. I will be sure to check out The Bluebird, Farmgirl and of course Fat F**k. Thanks again gentlemen!

::Absolute shambles. These people are using cheap inferior glass on there products. New iPad screen lasted 6 days with under 20 minutes usage. Taken out of its protective case and it was already cracked. Offered me a 1 year guarantee for the product but would not replace the faulty screen they had just fitted. There answer was to give me 10% discount if I wanted it fixing.

::I had a very good experience at EC the boys are so helpful! My home button on my phone was completely broken and then fixed it for me. I will certainly go back to EC for any other technical problems I have. They really know there stuff and the prices can’t be beat! Thanks to everyone at EC for your help!

::I and my family have relied on Electroclinic for 6+ years, mostly for repairs and spares, mostly for Apple products, usually in an emergency! Never have we had a problem - technically very competent, genuine parts, fair prices, clear explanations, friendly customer service. No downsides, so I thoroughly recommend.
