  I used to rent from them and i never had a problem with the way they worked... When i had an issue with my alarms late at night i called them and someone was there within 20 mins to re set it.

  This company are very easy to deal with. No complaints at all. Would highly recommend them. Whenever there has been any issue it has always been dealt with promptly. Always very pleasant to deal with if having to call or email & a response is always prompt.

  The agents are very nice, and always ready to assist with any problem in the house. We have no trouble contacting the office, and they always help resolve the issue in a timely manner.

  Elite Lets were very difficult to work with. They were often very slow at replying to messages and one time our property manager said she outright didn't want to speak to us. They were very slow and unwilling at responding to maintenance issues. We told them about the wooden floor slats being loose and dangerous and they assured us that there was nothing they could do about it, after a month or two of asking they got some workmen in who fixed it in a morning and it was fine after that. The property manager was also very patronising whenever she spoke to anyone living in the house. Half way through the year Nottingham city council was contacting us as we were one of three houses on the street elite lets rented out that didn't have some sort of essential license therefore making it illegal for any of us to be living the house. We weren't kicked out but were asked to do witness statements. Overall an unpleasant year.

  Decent student accommodation agency. Positives Our house was reasonably furnished with nice sofas. The rent was what to be expected in Nottingham City Centre. Always quick to respond to Emails and query's. Very friendly whenever in contact with the staff. Negative For some reason the last payment of rent was due before student finance came in, this caused one of my housemates to be charged a late fee £25, it just seemed like bad planning on their part surely as their clients were students they'd charge rent once they knew the students actually had their money. But overall we had a good year in a good house, definitely recommended.
