  So I went too jollies pet shop too buy a minture lop eared rabbit. I got the rabbit only too find out a month or so later that it wasn't the breed I wanted. But overall the staff where helpful. The only problem is that they got there breeds wrong.

  Went to see Father Christmas today which was lovely so thought we’d go for some lunch well, it took 45 minutes to arrive, to start with it was dry husband and I had ours so gave my little girl. Few chips to tie her over thank goodness I did as after waiting another few minutes I went to ask where her sausage roll was (as I was fed up waiting now) along ce a young lady to tell us that they had in fact not got any sausage rolls left! Beating in mind when we were at the counter they were under the light! To say I was unhappy is an understatement now my 2 1/2 year old had the choice of nothing or waiting another 45 minutes for something else?! They did give us a refund but needless to say we won’t be back for food again shocking service

  Very big, but Seems to be more non-gardening products than you would expect (books, furniture, trinkets etc). Plenty of parking though and spaces can be found, even when very busy. Cafe is very nice with nice food and a clean atmosphere.

  1)Unbelievably slow service in coffee shop, microwaved bread to go with soup which, when I was finally given a spoon, was so peppery it was inedible. The cutlery had not been washed up & so customers were waiting to be able to eat their rubbery toasted sandwiches or slurp their peppery soup. 2)Needed thick plastic liner, but none sold by the metre anymore. 3)Final straw was the 20 minute wait in queue of two customers, to be sold sacks of compost which were not in stock and told outside by the member of staff who was going to lift it into my car, that I’d have to go back inside, queue up again to get a refund in order to buy the larger sacks which they did have in stock! Will not be returning.

  My friend and I visited yesterday to purchase Christmas ornaments. Overall experience average. Some baubles very expensive and not as much choice as previous years.. Festive turkey dinner was however a huge disappointment. Pig in blanket hard as iron- inedible. Potatoes hard and dry. Small slice of Turkey. Very small portions. Gone downhill since Christmas 2015. Shame as we've been coming here every year since 2009. All previous years would have been 5 stars. What's happened? Staff were very polite and helpful though so 5 stars for them.
