  I asked for a Ford 9 seater and got a Mercedes for the same price! Free upgrade apart, the staff were polite and efficient and friendly and gave appropriate advice in a clear manner. I would not hesitate to use them or recommend them-first class.

  Friendly staff. Easy process. Would have been 5stars but we booked online & the van wasn't available until later in the day. That was a booking error online so not faulting the staff at all, they were excellent. Deposit bounced back into account quickly.

  The staff here are friendly, polite and efficient. They were a pleasure to deal with. They also provide free pick-up and drop off at the train station.
