  Pick up was a little delayed. Staff very apologetic. Van was clean, fully fuelled and in excellent condition.

  The staff here were lovely and helped my family and I get settled into our car. When we dropped off our rental, they kindly drove us to the train station so that we wouldn't miss our departure. Thank you.

  Helpful staff. Poor location in city centre. Would be better suited on an industrial estate. Nevertheless excellent service.
