  Easy, smooth pick up and drop off, friendly service. Branch manager - great lad, and Jeremy at the desk was super helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. A tip on dropping off, set destination to the Victoria pub opposite in order to navigate and conquer the one-way system.

  I have been waiting over a month and a half for a promised refund on a booking. Every time I have contacted the team to ask where my money is and why it's taking so long, they promise me they will deal with it straight away, and that they will CC me in to the emails, and phone me to update on the situation. Every single time I have received no email and no phone call. After contacting them 5 times to pursue this and having them fail to deliver on their promise each time, I have now had to contact head office to push this through as a formal complaint. The lack of communication and customer service on display here is vile, and I would avoid this branch if possible.

  I've hired from Central Birmingham too many times to remember. Staff are always friendly and helpful. In the past when I've had problems, they have gone above and beyond to resolve the issue. For now, I have no intention of hiring from anywhere else.
