::Been member with enterprise for several years now and been booking often from them on different occasions. 2 days ago I’ve booked a van to move myself to a new house. All confirmed and paid, driving license details updated and ready to go. This morning before pick up time I’m receiving a call from them if is alright to pick a bigger van because what I’ve reserved is no longer available. I’ve agreed that and when to collect it been told that they won’t give it to me cause one of my spend conviction on driving licence they won’t be able to hire commercial van to me. Half a hour later my best mate is booking the same van, he paid to help me with this and on his way from Kettering , he received a phone call from them to say that the van he booked just been brought in by a customer and it’s damaged so they are cancelling his rental too! So I’ve lost the opportunity to move out with all my stuff piled in the corridor waiting to be collected. Thanks for this Enterprise! I’m sure I will rent car from you again, Not!

::My wife needed a car to take her terminally ill mother to a show,my wife only has an electron bank card,(I know this can be an issue) but after she called to check she was assured it wouldn't be a problem,5 days later... After they were 45mins late to pick her up my wife called and was assured she'd be picked up (an hour later) (After waiting 45 minutes)she was,,,then I get a call from my wife saying they don't! Except electron cards and I'd have to go there with my card and pay,,,fair enough it's badly run,,,then when I arrive to pay the staff say "driving licence please" I say "I don't have it with me" she says "how do you expect to hire a car? ".....if you understand my review then you will look somewhere else for car rental...im sure all car hire has the same rules and regulations but After being misleading (booked a week in advance) then an hour and 45 minutes late for pick up (which can be essential) then treated like an idiot! ...the boss should be more on it,that's for sure....

::Charlie looked after me from beginning to end of the rental. He's very talented and has excellent interpersonal skills. He genuinely cares about his customers and made every effort to ensure I was happy with the car. Sadly he's at Peterborough on a temporary basis but I sure hope he's going to stay on. Also the rest of the staff were really friendly and welcoming despite not being involved with me directly. I loved the first class service all the way.

::Great staff who went an extra mile to give good customer service 😁 only disappointment was shutter on 3.5 tonne van had no key, something management should seriously look at in this day & age but overall a great experience throughout and well kept vans to hire very pleased

::Excellent, quick service and helpful, friendly staff. Hired a Renault Master. Van perfect and good value. Two niggles. (1) Petrol. Van had less than 1/4 tank. How does one guage how much diesel you need for 1/4 tank/how many miles p/gallon? So it's guesswork and over/under filling. However, because the petrol was so low, we were told we could bring van back empty. They rarely provide full tanks as the vans are in and out so quickly. (2) Insurance and waivers. Excess quite a lot. The less excess, the more insurance you pay. All in all, thumbs up and highly recommended.
