::I booked overnight on line as my car developed a fault (a service I could not find anywhere else) and so doing I was able to collect the car first thing and get to work only slightly late - as Enterprise Southampton West did not have the small car I booked, I got upgraded the staff is very welcoming and organised All went very smooth - would do it again

::Staff are awesome, prices are shocking especially for a repeat customer.... saved myself hundreds with a competitor with the same style of vehicle, age, condition ( I had an enterprise car with 15 miles and this other company I am using the car had 6 miles on the clock ) I just couldn’t justify the over £450 increase in price from the last hire - only last week... when not only is the car I’m now hiring cheaper on the quote for the next hire I wanted but also cheaper on the original i had last week.... same length, same time of week! Except two weeks in between and the reason I was given was ‘ we have a lot booked out so our prices increase’ NUTS!!!! Such a shame as the customer service was pretty cool!

::Recently booked for a Ford Focus "or similar" (vehicle class on booking) & got the "or similar" - a brand new Mokka "X" for my epic 1 day Southampton-Plymouth-Southampton-Guildford-Southampton haul. Loved it. No backache or driver fatigue at the end of a VERY long day, & good MPG return. Joe the Assistant Manager was very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. Will use again.
