  Really pleasant stay and friendly staff. Breakfast was adequate and included in price. Lovely hot shower and comfy bed. Plus close to Stratford station and all transport links. Would use again.

  Ottima posizione, vicinissimo alla stazione di Stratford. Buona la pulizia e il bagno, camera rifatta e biancheria sostituita dopo la prima notte senza nessuna richiesta. Colazione ottima compresa nel prezzo. È presente al primo piano un fast food, dove viene servita la colazione (sia inglese che continentale). Unica nota non positiva, l'isolamento acustico Delle finestre, che lascia passare molti rumori dalla steada.

  One of the best quality hotel in Ilford London. Rooms are small but very clean. Main road is in front of the hotel. So customers are choosing backsides rooms because they can open the window. Train station is nearer. Shopping mall and market is also nearly. Breakfast is complementary to all customers. Parking facilities are not available here. But parking is near to walking distance. So this is best 3 star hotel in best price.

  Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are small, but well decorated, and furnished. Didn't want for anything. Main road at the front is very busy, so a room at the back should be requested if you want to open a window, but it didn't bother me. Only downside was personal to me not liking warm bedrooms.

  We really enjoyed our stay at the Epsilon Hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, tidy and warm. The Staff were friendly, efficient and professional. The location was close to shops, restaurants and transport services. The breakfast area was clean and well organised. The kitchen staff were polite and professional. The Housekeeper was friendly and efficient. Both Receptionists were absolutely fabulous; very informative, very efficient, very friendly, we immediately felt comfortable; they both engaged us in conversation whilst carrying out checking in / checking out duties. I reiterate, we really enjoyed our stay at the Epsilon Hotel and will recommend this Hotel to all our family, friends and acquaintances.
